Reporting Formats

1- On receipt of a nomination, CQS ops will confirm attendance.

2- Immediate contact with the ship’s agent to obtain ETA information.

3- An update is sent to client 4-5 days prior to ship’s arrival.

4- Confirmation with Terminal Regarding cargo quantity availability and quantity scheduled for loading. Client is advised accordingly with ETA and berthing prospects.

5- After completion of loading and within 6 hours, load details and scanned shore docs are dispatched to client.

6- Final soft copy report is sent to client after completion of loading.

7- Any special instructions regarding sampling and sample analysis locally are strictly followed up and complied to.
